We are now looking for a Finance Solution Consultant to join our team.
What it’s all about
Staria’s Partner Product team is at the forefront of building Staria’s finance technology ecosystem. The team works with leading automation and finance solutions that extend Staria’s core offerings such as NetSuite ERP, Global Accounting and Payroll Services. By implementing and integrating best‑of‑breed tools, the team helps customers automate key financial processes, simplify operations and create scalable solutions that support global growth.
Journey that awaits you
As a Finance Solution Consultant at Staria, you’ll help deliver and support Accounts Payable (AP) solutions for our customers. You’ll work with system implementations, support customers in solving real‑world challenges, and continuously improve financial processes together with clients and colleagues.
In your day‑to‑day work, you’ll collaborate closely with customers and project teams, turning business needs into practical system solutions that make finance operations smoother and more efficient. Depending on your interests and expertise, you may also get involved in projects related to payment automation solutions, helping customers take their finance automation even further.
In practice, you will:
Drive customer implementations and serve as the functional owner for assigned products in AP systems such as OpusCapita IPA and Atlar, ensuring smooth and successful deployments.
Handle customer support tickets, providing troubleshooting, guidance and solution enhancements.
Gather and analyze business requirements and participate in business process mapping.
Collaborate closely with customers and project teams to clarify requirements, evaluate solution options, and drive requirements sign‑off.
Act as a subject matter expert in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and best practices.
Advise customers on industry standards to achieve clean system configurations and efficient processes.
Contribute to defining and standardizing implementation and operational practices across systems.
Create, maintain, and improve product documentation together with the Product Manager and team.
Actively share knowledge internally and contribute to the development of best practices.
Your workplace and flexibility
Most of team is based hybrid setup thanks to our flexible remote work options. You can work fully remotely from any corner of Finland or from any of our offices. Staria has offices in Helsinki, Tampere, Turku, Salo, Kotka and Lahti. In Oulu, we offer co-working space for our employees.
Our base salary range for this role is €3800–4300/month, depending on your background. The holiday bonus is distributed evenly across your monthly pay, so it’s part of your regular salary.
What sets you up for success
This role is a great fit for you if you bring:
Solid expertise in Accounts Payable and finance processes, including banking and payment automation.
Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable system solutions and understand the impact of configuration and system design decisions.
Strong customer collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively in a project‑driven environment.
Ability to produce clear documentation and implementation materials.
Previous experience in NetSuite and consulting in financial systems, particularly in small to mid‑sized implementations, is considered an advantage.
Fluent English skills. Finnish skills are considered an asset.
