Marketing Manager
Staria is currently looking for a Swedish‑speaking Marketing Manager to join our Helsinki or Stockholm office for a one‑year parental leave cover starting in April 2026.

We are now looking for a Marketing Manager for a one-year parental leave substitute position in Helsinki or Stockholm, starting in April 2026. 🚀
What it’s all about?
As a Marketing Manager, you will get to plan and coordinate marketing activities that support Staria’s goals and deliver genuinely measurable results. You will creatively lead our diverse marketing activities – planning and executing marketing in Sweden, Norway, and the CEE region together with our local sales teams, organizing events, participating in external occasions and being responsible for the planning, content, and speaker coordination of webinars. You will develop and own marketing and sales tools, especially HubSpot and support teams in their use as well as in handling customer feedback. Additionally, you will produce inspiring content in both Swedish and English.
Your day-to-day?
In practice, you will:
Drive marketing campaigns across Sweden, Norway, and the CEE region
Organize engaging events and impactful webinars
Develop and manage our marketing and sales tools, especially HubSpot by support teams and handle customer feedback
Create inspiring content in Swedish and English

The practical stuff:
You will join our four-person marketing team located in Helsinki, where every voice is heard and new ideas are always welcome. We hope that your location would be either Helsinki or Stockholm. We offer a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere where you can actively participate and make an impact. You will also work closely with our growing sales team. We hope you can start with us in March 2026.
Our base salary range for this role is €4500-5000/month, depending on your background. The holiday bonus is distributed evenly across your monthly pay, so it’s part of your regular salary. Success in this position requires fluency in both Swedish and English.

This role is a great fit for you if you bring:
Approximately 3–5 years of marketing experience in a similar role within a B2B company with long sales cycles.
Experience in leading events and campaigns in both offline and online environments.
Creativity to produce high-quality, engaging content and enthusiasm to take our activities to the next level and try new things.
A business-driven approach. You understand the results that marketing aims to achieve, measure outcomes, and develop your work based on data.
Strong project management skills and the ability to set, communicate and achieve clear deadlines and objectives.
You possess excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
You have used marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Trustmary. Previous experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator is considered an advantage.
